    风力发电机能够固定在地面上靠的是使用风力发电基础底座模具浇筑出来是水泥底座，依靠体积

重量巨大的水泥底座来支撑大型风力发电机正常平稳运行。风力发电底座需要使用弧形钢板将整个基

础围住，在圈中放入钢筋并灌入混凝土。基础底座模具的作用就是防止混凝土漏出和固型。

The wind turbine can be fixed on the ground by using the wind turbine foundation base. 

The mold is poured out of the cement base. The cement base with huge volume and weight is 

used to support the normal and stable operation of large wind turbine. The wind turbine 

base needs to use arc steel plate to surround the whole foundation, place reinforcement 

in the ring and pour concrete. The function of foundation base mould is to prevent 

concrete leakage and solidification.



 不同型号的风力发电机会使用到不同尺寸型号的弧形钢板，一般来说规格越大的机器需要越大的底座

。因为规格太大所以钢模板都是拼装而成，叠加到一起直接运输到施工场地进行安装。通常使用4mm厚

钢板加上5*5mm勒紧才可以保证模板不会变形，一套风电基础底座模具需要外围一个大圈加上内部一个

小圈。浇筑完毕待到混凝土凝固后钢模板就可撤走，并把外围混凝土埋在地下，上层安装风力发电机

。
