预制检查井模具采用组装式钢质模具，由外模和内模组成，检查井模具多数都是


一米一节，每节和每节之间可以使用螺栓连接。每部分模具用直径12mm的螺栓进


行连接，可以方便的进行拆装。模具的面板厚度为5mm，加强肋板厚8mm。预制检


查井模具是尺寸规格非常多的一种模具模板，检查井模具做出的水泥制品从形状


上分圆形，长方形，正方形，喇叭口形，常规尺寸有内径100cm，外径120cm，高


度100cm。


预制混凝土检查井各构件之间采用企口连接，以提高整体的稳定性和严密性。预


制钢筋混凝土装配式雨、污水检查井为同一井型，雨、污检查井井筒高度，可通


过多节预制构件组合调节。此种设计的优点是：可减少生产厂家的模具数量，便


于构件的系列化、标准化、装配化；井室高度可调，可满足现场不同井深的需要


；可有效地降低生产成本。


The prefabricated inspection well mold adopts assembled steel mold,

with bolts. Each part of the mold is connected with bolts with a 


diameter of 12mm, which can be easily disassembled. The thickness of

8mm. The prefabricated inspection well mold is a mold template with 


many sizes and specifications. The cement products made by the 


inspection well mold are divided into circular, rectangular, square and 


horn mouth shape. The conventional dimensions include inner diameter of 


100cm, outer diameter of 120cm and height of 100cm.






The components of 


the precast concrete inspection shaft are connected with tongue and 


groove to improve the overall stability and tightness. Prefabricated 


reinforced concrete fabricated rainwater and sewage inspection wells 


are of the same well type. The shaft height of rainwater and sewage 


inspection wells can be adjusted through the combination of multiple 


prefabricated components. The advantages of this design are: it can 


reduce the number of molds of manufacturers and facilitate the 


serialization, standardization and assembly of components; The height 


of well chamber is adjustable to meet the needs of different well 


depths on site; It can effectively reduce the production cost.
